I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience. I received my culinary degree from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. From there I spent most of my career as a private chef in the yachting industry. There I got to explore many different cooking styles and flavor combinations. I went on to own a full service catering business in Naples Florida. There I honed my skills at creating meaningful events with unique menus. I find joy through creating meals and moments that leave a lasting memory.
